KICC was formed in 1995 to meet the need for a northwest Alaska region contractor offering a full range of construction services to government agencies, local organizations, and neighboring villages. We have the resources and capabilities to offer general construction, building renovation, road development, underground utilities, and other related services. KICC has ANCSA 8(a) status and HUBZone and DBE DOT certification.
